| 1:13.3 | move from one to one into group. Now, what I love about this model and why I'll continue this |
| 1:19.9 | model in some capacity for a long time to come is very high margins, very low risk, and it's very easy to deliver. It's so desirable |
| 1:32.8 | that it's timeless for people to get hands-on one-to-one consultancy. Now, for many years, I |
| 1:38.5 | actually stopped doing any kind of one-to-one first because I had severe throat issues. I don't |
| 1:43.9 | know if any of you have |
| 1:44.6 | been around for long enough that you remember that, but I actually had to stop doing one-on-one |
| 1:49.9 | for a period of years because I developed a very severe throat strain. And it was literally like |
| 1:56.2 | I had a glass in my throat. I had to work with a therapist and I had to go through treatment and all |
| 2:02.9 | sorts of things to kind of rehabilitate that. And I simply couldn't be speaking that number of |
| 2:08.7 | hours per day anymore. I never stopped that work because I didn't like it. I stopped that work |
| 2:14.2 | because I physically could not continue to do it. Now, I took a break from that |
| 2:19.2 | for many years. And this year is the first year, actually, that I brought back any type of ongoing |
