That is an excerpt from a TED Talk given by Catherine Marr when she was CEO of Wikimedia Foundation,

Marr is currently CEO of National Public Radio, that soundvites making

the rounds on social media, she seems to be saying that truth might get in the way of

getting things done, rather utilitarian view, but also thoroughly postmodern

because she will later say that everyone has their own truth and she suggests that we all try to

achieve what she calls minimal viable truth what is that. Greetings and welcome
