Summary

The way we often know we have a faulty money mindset is that we ignore our money. Our relationship with our money is determined by our THOUGHTS about it. Many of us have unexamined scarcity thoughts about money that keep us stuck in a loop of negative money thoughts accompanied by shame. It’s possible to cultivate a relationship with money that is supportive and nurturing by deciding what you WANT to think about your money. You are not a victim to your money. You’re choosing your current relationship with it and you can change it anytime you want. Practice training your brain to think differently. Stop letting it blame other people or circumstances. It’s all YOU and that is good news. ******************************************* Everyone I know says they want to change their life. So few people I know actually do. The reason? They find change to be way harder than they anticipated and it's so easy to give up on yourself. You've probably been there too many times to count. 0:26.6	I'm going to get all up in your business about money. I'm going to share with you actually some of my money struggles and how I developed an abundance mindset around money.

0:43.3	Before we do, I wanted to let you know.
0:46.3	First of all, I'm back.
0:48.3	I've been gone for three weeks.
0:50.3	I recorded some episodes ahead of time, so the ones that you listen to,
0:53.3	I pre-recorded, but I'm back in my office today after three weeks off.
0:57.7	And it was amazing in so many ways. And vacation can be hard to adjust to. You know, if you're a person who loves their routine.
1:07.9	I love all the things that I do every day. I love my work, I love my gym, like all of that.
1:12.8	It was a little bit of a transition,
1:14.6	but we have a cabin in Minnesota where
1:18.9	my husband Stevie grew up and we've been renovating it.
1:22.0	So it was super fun to be there,
1:23.9	to enjoy the cooler weather.
