Summary

In the late 1970s, the Hillside Strangler had been captured, and two men now awaited trail. But one of them, Kenneth Bianchi, had a plan for escaping a life sentence - fake a Hillside Strangler attack, complete with DNA. Enter Veronica Compton, Bianchi's own Harley Quinn.
