Wellington. My first question, Emily, is how are you feeling any better than last week's episode?

Yes, absolutely. I am feeling recovered. I'm still like, I was talking about it with Savannah today.

Like, I do feel like Fort Lauderdale, like, stole a little piece of you. Yeah, it took a piece of me.

I don't think I'll ever see her again. I don't know if I'm, like, fully, like, mentally recovered.

But, well, I mean, it was a whirlwind, I think, for all of us. Yeah, it absolutely was a whirlwind.

But I'm here. It's my first full week back at work in like a month. So we'll see how that goes. But it's fine. We're trucking along. So. Wow. Well, yeah, I'm going home for a full week. And right now I'm currently in Florida, which I'll talk about in a second. But I am doing a life restart on October 1st if you want to join me.

That sounds like eating, better, working out, not vaping. And I've probably said that a hundred

times on this podcast, but I really feel confident about this. So if anyone wants to join me on the

restart on October 1st, you're welcome to. It's just whatever

you feel like you need. It's nothing specific. It's not a weight thing. It's just whatever you need

to make you feel good. I do love that. And I do really need to get back into your routine. And now

that I feel like summer is kind of winding down, that's possible. I do have a wedding that weekend. So I'm, that's kind of going to be like my reset is after post wedding.
