This episode is part one of a two-part episode on RESILIENCE.
There are two arms of building resilience:
Resilience for yourself - Your platform to develop performance
Resilience for others - Guiding and leading a team, company or athletes to improved resilience.
You can only do part two of the resilience equation IF you have part one dialed.
Today. we explore the self and building your platform of resiliency. At a time that mental and physical resilience has never mattered more, and is a central trait to the most effective and successful athletes and leaders in the world, how do you go about working on your own resilience? What steps can you take to become more resilient?
We explore this week through the lens of a professional athlete and an executive, both of whom are stabilizing in this new norm.
It is ONLY from a self-focused resilience platform that one is able to thrive, to perform, to become a better pro, or to be a great leader or manager.
This is the time. When sporting goals take a backseat, resilience and health become important like never before.
You don’t need to be an athlete -- as right now an ATHLETE title is overblown. You just need to want to PERFORM.
Resilience is your armor, your catalyst for thriving in changing times. We hope you come along for the ride.
