Summary

Thanks for downloading WEDWay Radio, a show about Disney history, Disney parks and Touring. This is episode 110 - Lost Epcot Rediscovered

On this episode of WEDWay Radio we take a look at a planned pavilion for Epcots World Showcase that never came to be: Equatorial Africa.  Not only was this going to the only pavilion that celebrated the diverse culture of Africa, but it was championed by a 20th century cultural icon, Alex Haley.

In this episode we take a look at the planned attractions and overall design of the pavilion and discuss why it never came to be.

This episode if brought to you by TouringPlans and by MEI and Mousefan Travel
