Last day of your vacation, you're sitting on the beach, maybe on a dock with your toes dipped into the water,

or maybe in front of a campfire, you know, watching those glowing embers die down as a fire dies away.

And you reminisce the past few days or weeks that have made up your vacation.

And you feel how good it feels to be living there, to be riding your bike somewhere different,

to be doing things that are different, just away from the hustle-bussle of life.

And then you lament the return to quote unquote, and just away from the hustle-bussle of life.

And then you lament the return to quote-unquote normal life.

And probably around this point you think to yourself,

man I wish this could go on forever.

That the vacation would never end. You get on your bike and you ride lazily to the next

town, city, country. You meander your way through time, taking in the sights and the smells,

the different ways of life and the people, the people you meet along the way,

that show you life from a different perspective.

Ah, that's the perfect life.

But wait a second, if you do that, if you lived your life on the road with no end in sight,

would it still be vacation? Or would it just be life? A different kind of life.

Vacation is a period of recreation, time spent away from home home but if the road is your home then how could it be vacation?

At what point does an adventure like that cease to be vacation and become your life, who you are, what you do?

Is there a line you cross? Can you see that line? Can you purposely cross that line?
