Welcome back to Hashtag Sisters in Law. I'm Joyce Vance. There's a lot of legal news

0:16.8

this week. We've learned more details about the investigation into Florida Congressman

0:22.1

Matt Gates, so we'll do a deeper dive into those allegations and discuss what it means

0:27.2

to be a cooperating witness since there's news that Gates' buddy Joel Greenberg may plead

0:32.6

guilty. We'll also take a look into vaccine passports and talk about possible jury outcomes

0:39.9

as the show and trial heads into its third week. And as always, we'll be answering some

0:45.4

of your questions at the end of the show. So, y'all vaccine passports, it actually makes

0:51.9

me think about the possibility that at some point in the future, we'll be taking vacations

0:57.4

again. Yes. I have not been out of Birmingham in over a year, which is such a strange thing

1:09.9

trip. Maybe going back to Iceland or going to Montana or someplace up in Canada, where

1:16.0

we can just get out and hike and see a lot of plants and animals. Barb, what about you?

1:22.3

What's your first vacation plan? Well, like you, Joyce, I really like national parks

1:27.8

when in the before times, we've made it our family vacation destination every year to

1:34.0

go to visit a different national park. And we've been to a lot of them, but I have a personal

1:38.2

quest to visit all 50 states. I've been to 48 of the 50 states remaining our Alaska,

1:46.2

which is one of those like retirement bucket list trips. But the other one is also tantalizingly

1:52.3

close North Dakota. So I am secretly plotting a trip to Roosevelt National Park, so we

1:58.4

can get to North Dakota and I can check it off my list. So we'll see if I'm able to

2:03.6

avail. How about you, Jill? What was your near next vacation? Well, I also love hiking.

2:09.7

I love adventure travel. My husband and I go to places that my friends cannot believe

2:15.0

I actually go. We have been to Borneo and New Guinea and stayed with native huts, not,
