We ran a little long yesterday, so we're giving you a bonus episode today.

I wouldn't say favorite. I would say the most hated female murder in a long time. Jody Arias. I have been obsessed with her story

since my friend Amalia told me about it and I watched it. It was like a few years ago when the

Lifetime movie first came out, I was like watching it at my desk at work because it's like

such a fucked up story. So if you don't know who Jody Arias is, she is from Salinas, California,

but then like spent a lot of her time up in Wyrika, not to be confused with Eureka.

Different. Yeah, but very close. Yes. Not nice of them. So she met Travis Victor Alexander.

So they met in 2006 at a conference for prepaid legal where Travis was kind of like

he did like conferences and he was a motivational speaker and he was getting people to join.

And so she was a waitress and she was an independent photographer.

And she just didn't really know what she wanted to do.

So she thought, hey, she had heard about this prepaid legal thing.

And she's like, they're having a conference.

It's in Vegas.

I'm going to go.

So every time they did a big conference on the Thursday before the conference, they did

this big gala.

And so he had been working with Jody in Palm Desert area and was like, hey, Travis, I know you're single.

I know like most people bring their spouses.
