0:42.1	The property's actually facing foreclosure, but it's only
0:45.1	going to be 15,000 to invest into the deal. Chris, he closed on the sale of a wholesale
0:50.5	flip, which included the flip of a rehab contract that got him
0:54.6	8,000 in profit. That's a nice payday Chris I will take it and that's awesome.
