And you know how I always ask people?

I literally ask people, you know, what did you eat for breakfast? What did you eat for lunch? What did you eat for dinner? And literally 70% of the women that I interviewed said that they eat only two times a day.

Down there? No, just the ones that are skinny. Like I, this is just from my overall interviewing thousands of women. I say, what did you eat for breakfast? What did you eat for lunch? Would you eat for dinner? Most of the 70% say, oh, I usually have coffee for breakfast. I don't really have anything. And then I have breakfast, lunch, dinner. Yeah, they have lunch and dinner. Yeah. 70% of them. Or maybe they just say they just eat two times a day, but 95% of the time it's lunch and dinner. Most of them skip breakfast. So anyway, when we went to keep, first of all, if you've never been to the Key Biscayne, Ritz-Carlton, in hands down, it's the best Ritz Carlton there is. Like absolutely the best. The services over the top. I mean, it's just my favorite. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. The viewer's going to need visual confirmation. So I see Shantelle Ways, showing staff is going to have to tour some Ritz Carlton all around the country. That's right. That's right. Our next one, our next episode will be live in Kibiskeen at the Ritz Carlton. It is so amazing. But so when I was interviewing those women, I said, what did you eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner? And back to what I said, 10% of the women were eating three times a day. And when I was down in Florida, a bunch of those ladies that were skinny were saying they were eating three times a day.

And then I just really dug in and I said, so tell me what you're eating.

And they were just, their diets were 95% clean, clean, crystal clean.
