and this has been a good excuse to do so. I didn't get sick all year so it's just my time.

I have Rachel Re from Just Dimblet.

She is somebody who I actually met several years ago

through the BBG community,

but her journey has really been a transformative one, especially over the last

year. She talks about how her account was born out of a trauma and the really dark place and she talks about her

kidney cancer diagnosis last summer and her recovery and how that's changed her perspective and her

outlook on life. I mean how could it not? But she's just really refreshing. She's inspiring. She focuses a lot on mental health and kind of managing mental health through wellness and she's just really interesting to talk to so
