here. But before we do that, I am here with Scott. Hey guys. Hey, it is Scott and we're

here and Scott, what did we do this weekend? So we had a big weekend. We did. We had our

recovering empath workshop. Yeah, class. Class. Class. Last night. Yeah, I get together.

We empath. We empath. Yes. I was the only non empath in the room, I think. You're empathic.

But I'm not empath. You're not an empath because I'm red. Well, you don't feel the feelings

of other people like 100% like they're like you're very affected by. You're like that.

Like you're handing out the homeless people like when I met you, like you walk up to people

and you're just like, what do you need? Like what can I get? Like that's who you are,

but you're not sad about it tomorrow. Right. Right. That makes sense. Like you don't

carry it with you. Like you, but you're just as nice. Like you're not you're very kind.

Like shirt off your back, but you're not carrying that with you. And there's a difference.

Okay. Because I'm trying to like, because like when you guys talk, it kind of sometimes,

like it doesn't like make sense to me because I don't feel what you guys are feeling. Right.

But so I'm never going to be an empath based on my colors. Well, we talked. Well,

we talked about that a lot last night. Yeah. Well, we talked about, um,

you know, what makes an empath different from somebody who's just empathic. Right.

And empaths, the thing is is like you can get like physically sick and ill from holding

on to other people's pain and trauma and struggles. And you can get like very programmed

by other people's influences because you absorb. And then like you're just not that
