So today I want to go over the 11 habits that have transformed my life.

That I believe will help you go to happier, healthier, more loving life for yourself as well.

And habit number one is to create a vision and life fulfilling goals. Really creating a clear

intentional vision. And without a clear vision, you'll end up running in multiple different

directions instead of staying focused on what truly matters in your life, your relationships,

your health, and your business. And this can lead to your success being delayed a lot longer than

it needs to be. And so you really want to get clear and intentional. And you can have a different

vision at every different stage of your life when you're 10 years old or when you're 50 years old,

but it's important to have a clear vision. Without that, you'll just be kind of wandering around.

And when we're wandering, we feel aimless. And when we feel aimless, we feel like what's the point,

what's the purpose, what's the intention for me being here. And that causes a lot of stress and

anxiety when we have those thoughts. So when my life, when I wasn't clear on my vision, I was really

running around and stressed out a lot. I was like, what should I be doing? I don't know, and I feel

good enough, I don't feel worthy, I don't feel like I matter. And those thoughts really don't help me
