Vibe I've been training, but I've been open four years. How long I've been training?

You can pretty much say since I've been in senior in college,

so it's been over 13 years that I've been in training or

personal training or coaching in some aspect working with other people you know

it's always a it was always a passion of mind I mean study criminal justice minor in Spanish

sociology when I was at u t a for undergrad but you know graduated from there but you know at post college for me the only thing I wanted to do

was continue to pursue my career with track and continue to see what I could do how far

it could go and what I could achieve with that.

And indirectly that continue to lead me further and further down the continuum of the human body and health and wellness and diet and sleep and nutrition and training and

different training modalities and so it's been a pretty cool journey and
