Someone asked the name of my podcast yesterday, and I said it's mentally chill, but the I, L, L is in parentheses again.

And then I just went

does like chill like make sense and he was like no I'm like damn it there's not going to be

anything I can figure out to say to make it like where people would get it obviously but if you

guys have a better idea of how we can explain mentally chill to people, please let us know.

So I feel bad doing this episode right now because Stevie's grandfather literally just passed away a couple hours ago.

He just passed away.

This is not shocking.

I mean, it's shocking in the sense that he's gone,

but he's been very sick for the past two weeks.

So I guess you can never really prepare yourself for death.

You can only, I don't know what for it, but I've just kind of watched him wither away in the past two weeks.

And it's really, really sad to watch someone that you've grown up with your entire life and who you see as the manliest man ever just slowly deteriorate.

And it's actually the hardest thing that I've ever dealt with in my entire life. And I'm sorry to get so emotional on here, but it just sucks and I will miss him forever. This is just a part of life, but I'm just

worried that this is going to send me into a deeper depression or maybe it'll take

me out of my depression a little bit to see that life is short and that we just don't actually
