Good afternoon fellow investors and welcome back to Invest Talk.

This is our Monday, November 7th, 2022 edition and the seasons are changing and it's been

nice and raining over the last 24 hours and Thanksgiving is a little more than two weeks

away and we're dealing with a volatile market and a different market, a market where

interest rates are going up, long-duration assets are going down and assets that give

you value today are going up.

Real assets, hard assets, important assets that run our everyday lives, times you take

them for granted and I think we have for a long period of time and that's coming home

to roost and from a high level that means changes to how you should allocate your funds

and the strategies you should employ.
