That's right, he won his injunction against harassment.

It's important to note she has won her order of protection against him.

So it seems to be a sort of judicial measuring contest as it were.

Lots of money being spent in the court system, but we've got what his lawyer said and what the shocking answers were by Jane Doe, including

the email where she told Clayton Eckerd, if you date me, essentially, you're going to hear what she had to say, but if you date me, I will let you decide what we do with the babies in my belly.

She does not deny that offer.

It's very fascinating stuff.

Maybe tomorrow when we have more time, we'll go over the closing statements,

but we will share that with you on the second half of today's

episode but first let's get to some non-Bachelor content hey the Simpsons no longer allows

Homer to strangle Bart. Times have changed. That's right. Back in my day you could

strangle your cartoon kid, but not anymore. Now Homer would strangle Bart with two hands and his tongue would stick out and it was obviously, you know, for comedic effect, but you know, less that teach any fathers to strangle their kid like that,

that would not be a good thing.

So I guess that's the Boomer Hill that I'm gonna die on,

that when I was young, we didn't have a problem

with the strangling of cartoons.
