On the plot on Monday, I talked about how there's an overriding feeling of shock that

less than two weeks after beating Tampa Bay, all the goodwill is gone, and I've spent

a lot of the last 48 hours trying to figure out exactly what that means.

And the best answers that I can give you is that anything could happen and no one would

be safe.

And beyond that, I don't know what else there is to say.

You know, we just came out of the draft lottery, as you mentioned, we're going to talk

about that.

And we discussed how the draft lottery is a franchise altering night in the NHL.

Wednesday night could be a franchise altering night for the Maple Leafs.

And one of the conversations I was having today with people was, what's acceptable out

of this?

Like if the Maple Leafs win Wednesday, and they lose Friday, that's not going to be good
