I hope all of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving, I know mine was, my weekend was very relaxing,

very needed, and I'm ready, rare to go for Christmas coming up and new years soon after.

And a new year often means new trends and in today's market and economy, it is the continuation

of a new era.

And this is an era with cheap money that was defined by a few things.
