You know, everybody knew Cordero was an outstanding athlete, strong runner,

them more in some of those kind of ways, yes.

All right, Mike Zimmer, admitting that yes, the Vikings could have used Cordero Patterson

in some of the ways that the Patriots have been using Cordero Patterson.

What did you make of Zimmer's admission there?

Well, I think that Corderole Patterson is the gift that keeps on giving to me for a random article I wrote at the end of 2016 when the season was mostly over about how they could have used Cordero a little more in the backfield.

But, you know, I think that that was something we all saw.

When he was a rookie, he was making waves around the league

as a guy that could be the next great explosive playmaker and you've got to wonder if it was today

if he was a rookie this year if we'd be talking about him as someone like tyrie kill somebody who

you know is a wide receiver yes but is mostly used for his explosiveness,

and they find any way possible just to get him the ball.

And I think that Hill is a much more gifted wide receiver than Patterson,

but even the poor man's version would be pretty darn good.

And so for other offensive coordinators to not really go back to the way that they had used him in his
