If you guys enjoyed yourselves over the holidays and got to spend time with friends and

family and not do too much traffic down here in Florida, it seems like this year the

entire country has descended on the state for Thanksgiving.

It was interesting, you know, I was talking to a friend of mine who does some work in real

estate. And he says, what's crazy is, you know, during COVID, we had such a transfer of

individuals from all over the country to Florida and buying up property and moving here because basically

Florida didn't really have hardly any major restrictions as compared to like California

where, you know, they could go arrest you if you had dinner with your family for Thanksgiving.

You had more than enough people.

I mean, stupid stuff they were doing over there.

And what's happening is now we're starting to see the influx of not only people

that moved here over the last couple years during COVID, but now all of their families

coming to visit them during the holidays of the people that moved here. And it's been interesting.

This is not sustainable in the state of Florida. The developers, along with the city and county commissioners, have been just completely and totally

in cahoots together in developing massive amounts of Florida that there's no infrastructure

set up in place.

There's no roadways.

There's no school systems.

There's no hospitals that can handle this influx, yet it's still mass developing.
