Today I saw a galsh probably in the early 20s driving a not a very nice car.

And she must have, the only thing I can deduce is she took her scraper either at her arm

and took the snow from the windshield and moved it to the hood.

She didn't take it off the car, which resulted in a large mound of snow on her hood,

leaving her about four to six inches of windshield at the top of the windshield.
