The governor, California, ran his first campaign on homelessness.

Our new mayor that has just been elected, mayor of Los Angeles, is the second she gets into office, said,

I'm going to declare a state of emergency on homelessness.

So, needless to say, we have a little bit of a homeless problem here.

And so, as you can imagine, there's been lawsuit after lawsuit filed.

If I can tell you the billions of dollars that have been spent by the city of Los Angeles, the county of Los Angeles, the state of California being thrown at homelessness, and actually isn't getting any any better.

So there have been court cases in which there weren't enough shelters.

There wasn't enough long-term, medium-term housing.

And the courts have ordered the city and the county, you find some shelter for these people. This is a mandate.

And even was done by a federal judge, a judge by the name of David O'Carter, who is sort of the guy when it comes to homeless here in Southern California. He's a federal district court

judge and has adopted homelessness as his issue.

Even to the point where in Orange County next door, there were encampments along the Santa Ana Riverbed.
