kickoff set for 6.30 p.m.

The game would be televised on ESPN. The rebels are now 9 and 2 overall, 5 and 2 in the SEC.

After a 31 to 17 win over Vanderbilt, Saturday in Oxford, Mississippi State, meanwhile, 7 and 4 overall, 4 and 3 in the league following a 55 to 10 win over Tennessee State this past Saturday in Starkville.

So Thursday's game obviously has New Year's six bowl implications for the rebels, though they could still very

well qualify for one of those games, even with a loss to Mississippi State on Thursday.
