So the airlines are fighting this lawsuit that if you want a window seat,

and the airlines are saying that doesn't guarantee you a window,

because you've seen some planes.

Oh, yeah.

They don't line up. Yeah. They don't line up. Or it's just solid. I've seen solid ones because it doesn't line up completely. It's right there. And sometimes the window is actually between like your head and the, I mean, the back of your seat and the beginning of the seat behind you. You got a window to the angle there and you got a window to the angle behind you, but you're not right by a window. Yeah. I don't know. I mean, I don't, I guess if you pay for, can you pay extra, are they charging them extra for windows seats? I don't think they do. They must be if they're suing. Yeah. At least they, I don't, if you're paying for something, you're not getting it, too. If so, what are they saying? Missing windows can be found on Airbus A320s and Boeing 757. So there's a bunch of planes that obviously have it. I'm guessing this was because they originally weren't built for the number of seats that are there now and well i i've right they've modified them

since so they get more butts in seats yeah well what they do yeah what they i saw this story but i

didn't even not the suing story but i saw this maybe within the past year that you know they all come

off everybody buys from Boeing or whatever they who was uh or what's the one in Paris what's

Airbus yeah they buy from Boeing or Airbus and they come uh, or what's the one in Paris? What's that? Airbus. Yeah.

They buy from Boeing or Airbus and they come off. They're all just the same. Airlines decide where they want to put the seats. Yeah. So the windows are in the same spot and everyone they sell off the line. You do the rest. It's on you. Airbus and Boeing just sells you the tube. That's right. Right. with the airlines install the seats.

And if you look at like in Southwest, I fly Southwest the most.

So even the seats.

And if you look at, like, in southwest, I fly southwest the most. So even the seats are, the rows are kind of staggered. They are staggered a little bit, right? Like the row across from you is not directly across from you all the time. It may be a little ahead or a little behind you. I think it's probably easier for the donkeys, isn't it? Yeah, I guess so.

Boy, this proposed trial date is not until 2027 on this.
