Hope you have an absolutely blessed day to day and

saw some positive news yesterday. If you guys saw this now, the OSHA occupational safety and

health administration has now suspended all activities related to the workplace vaccine mandate pending further judicial review.

Now, we talked about what happened with the Fifth Circuit Court last week, where the judge

came out and blatantly said, this is not okay under any circumstances for OSHA to do this.

And I'm glad this was essentially brought to light because it's the same thing Ted and I said.

As soon as OSHA came out with this, this is not OSHA's job.

OSHA's job is workplace safety.

There is no aspect of constitutional law that grants OSHA the ability to go in and do sweeping vaccine

mandates for businesses. It's just outside of their scope. Actually, it's outside of anybody's

scope of a regulatory body to do that. And so what's happened is now they said two days ago now, they said on November 12,

the U.S. Court appeals for the Fifth Circuit Court granted a motion to stay. OSHA's COVID-19 vaccine

and testing emergency temporary standard. The court ordered that OSHA take no steps to implement

or enforce the ETS until further court review. While OSHA remains confident

in its authority to protect workers, OSHA has suspended all activities related to implementation

and enforcement of the ETS pending further developments in the litigation. Now, of course,

you saw last week where the White House came out and they blatantly said to ignore the hold on the vaccine mandate.

They said, you need to start keep forcing everybody to get injected.

This doesn't mean anything with what the court did.

And quite contrary, this is very important what the court did.
