That's what it's all about these days, is winning the challenge. Man was attempting a dangerous social media challenge involving gulping down the entire burger without chewing when he began to choke. It depends upon the size of the burger, I suppose. What are we looking at here? Who could have foreseen that? It's in Greece, right? Right. Trying to swallow an entire burger and you're going to choke? It could be a choking hazard. He had something like a panic attack. He gets up and runs a bit further away. He thought he was going to spit it out.

But he was starting to hit his back against a column, which is funny because he was in Greece.
