1:16.0	Murfreesboro, Tennessee effectively banned being gay in public.
1:21.7	And as the New Republic reports reports many people missed it and they are
1:25.1	now starting to implement the law here's what's going on again this is a new
1:28.4	republic article which we will link to a city in Tennessee is using a recently passed ordinance essentially
1:35.7	prohibiting homosexuality in public to try to ban library books that might violate the new rules. So here's the how they build this up.
1:45.8	Murfreesboro passed an ordinance in June banning quote indecent behavior.
1:52.1	There's always layers to this.
1:53.6	Oh, okay, you can't do indecent behavior in public.
1:56.4	What exactly does that mean?
1:57.6	Well, it includes, quote, indecent exposure, public indecency, lewd behavior, nudity or sexual conduct.
