So Jeff Flake of Arizona said he will not allow any judges to be confirmed until legislation

is passed guaranteeing Mueller's safety, which is just re-freak ridiculous.

So you might have 23 federal judges that don't get confirmed that Trump wants because

of this dumb concern that Trump's going to shut down the Mueller probe, which would

never happen if it did the political ramifications would take care of it anyway.

The entirety of the Republican leadership of the Senate says that's not going to happen.

We won't let it.

Right.

So you don't need a law and there are reasons why a law would be bad anyway.

Well, it's almost purely symbolic, isn't it?

You don't want special councils to be beyond reproach, where they could just do anything

and get away with it.

You need checks and balances and there are currently the Senate has said McConnell has said,
