And we begin with yet another reason to bust a move.

The nation's first new set of fitness guidelines in 10 years is out and the big takeaway

for kids from 3 to 103 is get off the couch. The report in Jama, the Journal of the American Medical Association, basically

says any amount of physical activity is better than none, and the more the better. Specifically, kids from 3 to 5 years old

should be up and active for 3 hours every day.

While those 6 to 17 should get at least an hour

of moderate to intense exercise daily. The bottom line for all ages, sitting is the new smoking. So don't.

Bay Area sports teams are opening their hearts and wallets to help the Northern California town of Paradise recover from the worst wildfire in state history.

The Oakland A's are pledging money and asking fans to add to it on a go-fund me page.

The 49ers meantime brought their appeal straight to the field.

The team bust members of the Paradise High School football team, 90% of whom had lost their homes, to Monday

night's game against the New York Giants.

The young players stood with the team for the National Anthem, before getting a rousing show of support from the crowd.

The Niners are also donating proceeds from a raffle,

opening go fund me pages, and auctioning off game jerseys to help raise money for the victims.

What caused it? It's too soon to know for sure, but it's looking more and more like malfunctioning wires from PG&E may have played a role.

The company emailed the owner of one property

the day before the fire began to say some of its lines were sparking. That property is exactly

where investigators believe the fire started.

Meantime, the business of government must go on,

even though the town's mayor and all five council members lost their homes
