we've got all Baldoni versus Blake lively and then the Epstein files, two of the biggest

stories, one political, one pop culture. Uh, but they're wild. And this week's been absolutely

insane. I keep on saying it's like drinking water out of a fire hose,

but it's really like drinking water out of a waterfall. I mean, it's impossible to cover all of this.

The information that's coming out right now is insane. As Justin Baldoni has just released a giant

trove of documents. He's got a motion for summary judgment,

which basically means he's telling the judge, look, here's all the information, there's going to be

no more discovery, we've completed all the depositions, you can just rule in our favor right now

if you want. Now, will this happen? Who knows? But I'm going to read exactly

some of the text messages that were shared. We even have original video from It Ends with Us,

the movie that hasn't been shared yet. So we'll get into all of this starts right now on the rush.

So the Wayfair Party's motion for summary judgment argues that Blake Lively's lawsuit

against Wayfair Studios, Baldoni, and others should be dismissed in full. The filing claims that

Lively voluntarily took on a leading role in It Ends with Us, a film with mature sexual themes,

and that her onset complaints involved minor misunderstandings

or awkward comments, not legally actionable harassment. The defense emphasizes that all of

Lively's concerns were promptly addressed, that filming continued without incident, and that she
