I almost grabbed the wrong mic. We're already off to a hurried start. It'll be all right.

And we always appreciate that.

It feels good to be back in the studio.

It feels good to sit down and kind of anchor in for our conversations that have shifted

since I went away to Chicago.

Since that time, I was in the studio yesterday on the other side of the glass, obviously,

with the boys from headlines. But in terms of JCS content, really I've been anywhere but here.

We have not been able to sit back and have a conversation post news of the firings and what that sparks.

And I'll tell you what it sparks in me besides enthusiasm to watch the process play out.

It's a little bit like what happens with coaches when they get a second lease on life.

Rare is that second lease on life in the same location for if you need that second

lease. Typically, you're not getting to do it at the place that required it. You are on down the road

to the next stop where you are licking your wounds, reflecting on the past,

learning from your mistakes and your successes, and reassessing,

putting together a game plan, figuring out exactly how best to get it right this time around.

We did some things that were pretty good that first go around, but not enough and not for a

sustained period of time.

And that's why I'm at this new job and I'm going to figure out what I did wrong at the old

job and I'm going to surround myself with some people that can help me get to the cross,
