I have a life hack for you.

You, and I'm guilty of this.

We did not clean our water bottles nearly enough.

I've been trying to be better at Water bottles can pick up germs from our mouths,

and when we take a sip from our hands,

and when we touch the straw or lid,

they're covered in tiny, tough to reach nooks and crannies,

which can be breeding grounds for mold and bacteria,

other microbes left unscrubbed.

I usually, every day I will drop like an electrolyte tablet in there, and sometimes some of that

emergency.

Yeah, that's good stuff.

So, you know, a lot of that residue hangs around.

Oh, yeah.

And, yeah, I maybe clean it out once a week with a scrub brush.

What about your coffee cup?

I started taking mine home every week.
