And one of the first things that I like to keep everybody updated on is making sure they're

eating clean food as much as possible.

And interestingly enough, the nonprofit organization, this is really interesting.

It just ties back into what I tell everybody about as far as you really got to monitor what you eat, especially the packaged food fast.

I'm not fast food, but basically the cheap box food you see at the stores all the time.

The nonprofit organization, as you so, scored 17 different manufacturers of popular

products like Kraft Mac and Cheese, Green Giant Vegetables, Lunchable, Smuckers. List goes down the line.

I'll go down here in a second. And basically, they wanted to look at the overall pesticide exposure

and also reducing pesticides and multiple other factors that they rate all of these foods on.

Now, ironically enough, out of the 17 of them, 10 of them got a full-blown F.

F, so on a one to 10 scale as far as what they've done, they got basically zeros.

That's how they rated an F, zeros.
