Care who, you know, the two teams have been up to this point it's been my experience always

that there's a nervous energy that accompanies games like this even when you feel good

about you know a year ago Tom and I both predicted that Florida State

would blow Miami out I I went in on Miami early last year and said I thought we

would hammer them that it wouldn't be a competitive football game in the slightest.

And it wasn't and we were right and 45 to 3 was not only great affirmation but great joy for us to sit and watch.

I don't feel that way this weekend.

I don't feel the same vibes.

I think Fort State wins the game.

I'm comfortable with Florida State being favored by 14.

I like Florida State to wear Miami down, but this does not have the same feel as last year's game going into it time. Even down there, I felt like Miami was not in a place where they could be competitive with Forest State.

That Forest State was jelling and the team was coming together at just the right time and

Miami didn't have anything that they could fall back on and feel good about. This year, the circumstances have changed.

Florida State is better than they were a year ago

and really good and feeling pretty good about themselves.

But Miami's better than they were a year ago.

There's no doubt about that.
