Does the Prime Minister not understand how important cars are to people in rural areas

or does he just not care? And there's outrage as the Mandelson files are released. How can the

minister with a straight face stand at that dispatch box and say we must learn this hard lesson

and end a culture which dismisses women's experiences.

But first, the Prime Minister has accused the Conservative leader of a screeching U-turn

over her approach to the Iran War, saying she'd been spooked into changing her position.

Kemi Badernock, meanwhile, used PMQs to press the Kirstama to say whether or not fuel prices

would rise in September.

The tax rate on petrol and diesel is set to increase when a five pence cut made after Russia's

full-scale invasion of Ukraine is phased out.

Kemi Baderok asked Kirstama why he thought now was the right time to

increase the cost of petrol. The Prime Minister told us at the start of the year that the cost of living

was his number one priority. So can he explain how a rise in fuel duty helps with the cost of living?

Kea Stama insisted the tax would stay unchanged until the autumn.

Fuel duty is frozen. It's going to remain frozen until September.
