Everybody recovering from the hurricane, lots of flooding, lots of damage, a lot of people displaced.

It turns out the vast majority, no insurance on those,

on those homes. The weather experts are all saying global warming, increased hurricanes,

nobody knows if there's a connection. We've had periods in the past. We've had more hurricanes.

But they're now talking about creating a category six for hurricanes.

They're getting ready in case they have to have a category six.

There's never been any such thing.

By the way, the Admiral and others involved in Puerto Rico, the response to Hurricane Maria,

all coming forward, backing the president.

Everything that FEMA could bring was brought.

Everything they could do was done.

Everything was there in the ground.

As they always say, in a hurricane, the response is only as good as the governor or the mayor.

FEMA can deliver everything right to you, but if you don't distribute it, if you don't use it,

you know, New Orleans, Ray Nagin, no better example of a total disaster, he was told by the

government evacuate everybody. He not only didn't evacuate his population, he left everything

sitting there, all the buses. He should have at least moved those to higher ground and saved all the buses.

When it came time to get people out, he couldn't.
