Things that we need to be aware of right now, things we need to maybe be aware of, you know, coming up here down the road. Great. Well, I don't know I start with just an introduction of myself and the organization, and we can dive into those details. Joel Webster, I'm the chief conservation officer at the Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership, also known as TRCP.

I've been with the outfit since 2007, which is hard to believe. I'm getting close to 20 years.

Wow. I know, right? So we're a national organization with a mission to guarantee all Americans quality places to hunt and fish. And we work on policy. So we don't move dirt. We work on

moving decision makers and agencies to make sure that decisions made in Washington, D.C. and in other

arenas that they benefit hunters and anglers focused on things like habitat and access. And we're a

partnership. And what that means is we have 64

organizational partners that we work with nationally. And we really focus on bringing those

organizations together on like-minded issues to advance the interests of our community to make

sure the decision makers are thinking about us. And so, A, they're not sticking it to us on

something with bad decisions, but B, they're not sticking it to us on something with bad decisions,
