What's up everybody? We have 10 minutes here with esteemed colleague Mr. Fantastic Ryan Muck and Hearn to talk about a cartridge naturally and this one I hope I'm not going to start one of those Texans wisdom things over here, but I'm going to say it is the 7 08,

aka 7 MM 08 or 7 millimeter 08, 7M. 8, I don't know.

I'll take them all. So this is a cartridge that has been widely requested from a lot of our listeners out there and in on

Instagram YouTube comments so keep those suggestions and requests coming and we know there's a lot more out there that we'll get to.

But okay, talk about these 7.08, right?

That's how I'm just gonna say it.

Okay, so commercialized wildcat,

as many things were on, yeah,

as many things were on the 308 case.

It's a pretty old wildcat too.

I don't know exactly when the first one hatched, but people have been

monkeying with the 308 almost immediately after it got minted. So we just take

308 case, we neck it down to 7 millimeters so we're putting a slightly smaller

diameter bullet with a higher BC higher sectional density into the same case

and it does afford the shooter a few things.

Probably get away with a little bit less recoil

because we're generally pushing a lighter weight bullet

but we're pushing a bullet of higher BC.

So we actually have a little bit of an improvement

on the downrange trajectory when compared to its parent

cartridge to 308.

Now when you say I'm sorry interipped right away but when you say a little bit higher
