In terms of signs of caregiver burnout, one group of signs that we see in,

when we're talking about inter and intrapersonal, is a lack of self-awareness. When people are getting burned out, they tend to not realize how burned out they are. They're just on autopilot,

got to get it done, don't think, don't talk, don't feel, just do. And that causes problems.

Obviously, if people are not engaging in self-care, then they will have more difficulty

dealing with life on life's terms.

There's a loss of empathy with others, a loss of compassion for self and other.

Now remember, empathy is the ability to experience and understand someone else's feelings. And compassion is the ability to have feelings of care for someone, for self and

others. So they are different. People stop self-care activities. That's another sign of

intrapersonal burnout. And reducing hobbies, recreation, and social interaction.
