0:39.6	You know, maybe it's aspirin or ibuprofen or some type of medicine.

0:46.8	But this is not take a pill.
0:48.9	It is take a chill pill.
0:53.3	Chill, C-H-I-L. What does chill mean? Chill means to relax. So if you tell somebody
1:02.0	take a chill pill or if somebody tells you take a chill pill, they are telling you, or you are telling
1:10.1	the person, relax. Don't worry. Okay?
1:16.1	So let me give you an example. Right now, I'm going crazy. Listen carefully. So today,
1:23.0	tonight, actually, I just finished my Perf lesson, the last Perf lesson for Perf VIP. It was fantastic.
1:30.6	We had a long podcast. We had a great lesson. The students, the members are doing just an
1:36.1	excellent job, but it takes so much time. I've been working on this assignment for about 14 hours
1:42.3	today. Yeah, it's incredible. A lot, a lot of time put into this lesson.
