Some scandalous news today, Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigno, pictured here on the screen, has accused

Pope Francis Virgolio of committing the same crimes, the same abuses, against

seminarians or novices in Argentina as ex-cardinal McCarick had done in the United States.

You may remember back in the summer of shame we're going back into

2018 when James Grine who I interviewed on this show and James Grine made many of the first time allegations

here on the Dr. Taylor Marshall podcast and there was also another teenage or who had been a teenage boy

who was found to be credible who had accused

Carmel McCarick of molestation sex crimes in the Archdiocese of New York, I believe going back to the 1970s.

And Pope Francis's response to Cardinal McCarick was to layize him.

Many have praised Pope Francis for layizing ex-cardle

McCarick. I believe it was wrong because when you lay aside a Cardinal you remove him from not only being a cardinal but you remove him from being a bishop and a priest you put him to the level of layperson and that creates a situation where the Pope cannot fully pursue and execute

justice against a cleric because he's layocized. It's basically a get out of jail free card.

And so I believe that that was strategic

because McCarick has stated publicly on video that he campaigned and tried to get

Jorge Burgolio elected as Pope. And McCarick's laundry list by many people's allegations is long it relates to the Chinese

Vatican deal it relates to dozens and dozens and dozens of dozens of liberal leftist leaning heterodox clergy who became not only

bishops in the United States but Cardinals in the United States and then the most

tragic of all is the molestation of young man. One allegation I believe was in the

sacristy another allegation was during the act of Sacramento confession and penance. That was the allegation.

So these are all serious, sad, and horrible,

and I'll state for the record at the beginning.
