You hear it all the time.

When guys come and talk, you hear it, but you never really think, like, all that can happen to me.

I was living a dream and everything was starting to come together, how I envisioned it when I came to leave,

worked my way up, became a starter, and I really honestly felt like I was just getting started.

Woke up, you know, I had butterflies and everything like that, and then got to locker room and my locker was in the Coetton locker room,

in the small locker room. Well, welcome into the lounge.

It's a little bit quieter in the lounge today.

It's a little less crowded,

and that's because Mink decided not to show it for work this week.

That's all right because we sub did somebody even better. We got Zach

war coming back to the podcast. Zach is one of the few returning guests. You did this last

year or two years ago during your all pro season and now you're on the coaching side of things.

So Zach, thanks for coming back and joining the lounge. Oh, no problem. Appreciate having me.

Yeah. So, you know, for people that don't know, you have spent the last year working

in the coaching side here after you retired. You came back and you worked on coaching and personnel. So can you kind of give us an update on what you've been up to over the course of the last year?

I mean, I see you every day, but for fans, you know, they haven't seen you behind the scenes.

Oh, man, I mean, first and foremost, first and foremost, it's just a great opportunity that, you know, Mr. Bashadi, Ozzy Newsome, coach Harbaugh, you know, provided me to come back and stay around the game.

So I'm back working with the coaching staff, you know, defense.

I'm a defensive guy.
