I'm so excited about today's episode. I can't even tell you. I have been trying to get these two ladies together for a while and because they are working women and they are busy and they have kids they're busy. it was hard to get us all together but

Amy and Kristen are both therapist and they're I think they're really good at

their job although I haven't been their client they seem to me to be very

conscientious very ethical people and I couldn't

wait to talk to them about therapy because I feel like, sorry, dog with the bone, I feel like

so many people have so many questions and they don't know who to ask about

finding a therapist, how much a therapist costs, what a therapy session should look like,

what it shouldn't look like, what's a bad therapist, what's a good

therapist. And I think we kind of cover all those bases. They offered two great resources, one

is Psychology Today.com. That is a list of therapists and kind of their specialties and

their licensing. They've been vetted. They have a valid license. So that's a great

resource. Another one is called, what's it called, good therapy.org.

And good therapy.org is kind of a shortcut list of therapists.
