Thank you. these fan questions. Me too. Hello, this is Rebecca. I just want to say that your show got me through 2020 quarantine. So thank you for that. Question. Do you feel like you knew the direction the show

was going from season one? Or did the ideas just kind of come to you guys as the show went on?

This is a great question. Nobody knew. We were not given any information beyond probably one episode

ahead, two episodes ahead. Rebecca, we were essentially you on the show,

moment to moment, not knowing what's happening until we get that next script. And you know what?

It was hard for me because I came from the feature world, mostly up until this point. So I was

very accustomed to a beginning and middle and an end and actually

being very much in charge of my arc as the actor on the show, right? And it was a transition for me

when I joined Grimm to really give over to zero control and the unknown. And I kind of resisted it for a few episodes. I was

sort of struggling a little bit with finding my footing. And then once I just accepted that it was

just like real life where you don't know what you're going to be doing later that day,

then I really gave over to it. But we really didn't have much info.

Yeah, I mean, it helps in some ways because your reactions to things are very pure. And the only

thing then is you're always shooting out of order. So you kind of need to know where you've
