on making your food budget go further without sacrificing your nutrition.

And today I want to continue with some tips on how to fit healthy eating habits into a tight schedule,

as well as some advice on how to cook if you don't have a kitchen or how to survive on cafeteria food.

Tip number one is to plan ahead. You don't want to wait until the needle on your nutritional gas tank hits E to start thinking about what you're going to eat

for your next meal.

Go shopping on the weekend so that you have healthy foods on hand for the week.

Prep your lunch and your snacks the night before so that you don't run out of time before heading out in the

morning. Set that alarm 15 minutes earlier to leave time for a little breakfast.

Trust me, 15 minutes of extra sleep is not going to make that big a difference in your

alertness but a healthy breakfast probably will. To start for two for

students is to find the good cafeterias. Whether or not you live on campus you might

have a full or a partial meal plan that allows you to eat on campus.
