Hi everyone and welcome to that UFO podcast. It's just me Andy and in a rare occasion I'm just speaking to you myself here. I want to give a bit of an update for the podcast for the month of August

some things coming up what to expect and a few announcements as well. Not everyone's on social media and I realize that more and more as people get in touch with me,

and I just think this is a really good way, is a short podcast, short form to let you know what's coming up.

We won the Quite the Thing Media Podcast Awards Award for News, Society and Culture. So thank you very much. It is the podcast first award.

We've only been going just over a year, but it's amazing to get that one in.

So thanks to everyone who did vote. It was really great to see so many people voting. We got quite a lot and I'll just say that speaking to Jack and Colin who organized their awards. So really really appreciated and thanks to everyone over at quite the thing media for putting that on.
