Audrey Eager Thompson, MS, is a certified leadership coach with just mind counseling.

Her lessons in coaching go back as far as the age of 10 when she was a competitive swimmer

and was specifically coached to compete against herself.

Today, that simple yet powerful philosophy is at the

core of her coaching practice. Her goal in coaching is to help you be your best, not in a way that

glorifies perfection, but by giving you the tools, insights, and clarity to grow. Whether your goal is to

what you're up to right now that has you excited and motivated, please. a couple things one is i have done some more international work i coach it at a business school in switzerland and also around the world and and then also locally i have joined the just mind which is a therapy practice, and they're going to offer coaching.

So that's sort of a new model that I'm excited about.
